The trip 2009 was colored a lot of the weather.
The rain was our daily companion all the way to Romania
but even there and for the rest of the trip we had a visit every now and then.
It is in these situations we are pleased to have the mobile home so we can take another way
than the one we planed, if the weather should be better in another plays.

2009 summer's trip took us through

(Germany), Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria,

Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, (Germany).

We left Sweden in early July and came before most tourists.
A good time to travel and no risk that the camp sites would be fully-booked.

For those of you who are still hesitant ...

It took us three hours to travel between Bors (border) and camping Eldorado,
including one stop for shopping.
It can be good for those of you who still do not dare go to Romania to know that you do not
need to go beyond camping Eldorado to experience a beautiful part of the country.
You may experience the wonderful nature, interesting villages, people and animals along the road.
Before Conitel on the top of the height there are several restaurants and if you are not hungry
it is worth taking a break only for the view - or pay a visit in the souvenir shop.
The road is fine all the way to camping Eldorado. At the steepest places leans the way up to 10%.
A bit messy, it may be in Oradea as it seems they always have road works
going on in the town but follow the signs and you will be right.
The crossing point has not caused us any problems.

Once you get to Eldorado, I think the chances are high
that you want to see more and continuing travel into the country.
